    What modes of Payments does John's Music Accept?

    You can pay us using any one of the following payment methods:

     1.    ONLINE PAYMENTS

    Pay us via Net-banking, credit cards, and debit cards via our online payment gateway. Over 95% of our customers use this option as it is fast and secure.

      

    3.    PayPal

    PayPal account lets you check out faster, safer and with ease, it is also accepted globally.


    4.  Cash deposit/ Cheque deposit 

    You can deposit a cheque OR Demand Draft OR do a cash deposit into any of our Bank's ATM Dropbox/branch near you. The cheque should be in favor of JOHNS MUSIC and you must mention our account number behind the cheque. You can also mail us the At-Par Cheques and Demand Drafts. Please do not mail us cheques unless they are "At Par" cheques.

    What happens if my payment gets debited but the order did not go through?

    In such cases, we receive a confirmation within 3 working days from our payment gateway, and a manual order is created. You will receive two emails - one confirming payment and one confirming your order. If you have not received these emails after 3 working days, please call us on 8879948999

    Is there a sales tax included in the product?

    As per taxation laws in India, all music instrument category products are charged a GST of 18%

    However all the prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of all taxes.

    Is your online ordering system secure?

    Yes, our ordering system is completely secure. We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL), to keep your order information secure. We guarantee that every transaction you make will be safe and secure. You can verify the security of our ordering system for yourself.

    Please note, NO agents from John's Music team will call and ask you for your credit/ debit card details or OTP for Paytm use.

    Can I pay by UPI based apps?

    Yes you can! You can pay through almost all UPI apps like Paytm, Google Pay, BHIM, Phonepay etc. 

    For this, Place the order by clicking the Bank Transfer option. After doing so, you can scan the QR below.

    What is a Pre-Order?

    • Pre-Orders are taken for customers confirmed to buy a product from us. 
    • Pre-Orders happen when companies are short of production and we do not receive the products as per Demand. 
    • To service our customers, we take Pre-Orders and provide them with confirmed delivery. 
    • Please expect delays in Pre-Orders as there is extreme shortage in Production. 
    If there is any other query please feel free to give us a call and we can clear your doubts. 

Shipping and Returns

    How much time does it take to ship a product?

    The actual shipping transit time is 6 to 12 working days anywhere in India. 

    Products in stock ships within 7 working days if in stock. However there are certain products like Guitars that need to be  inspected and setup before shipping. This is to ensure you get an instrument perfect to play. Due to this the shipping might be delayed a bit in case of heavy order processing. 

    There are also certain products we have to procure from the warehouse since our retail store does not have the physical capacity to stock a lot of products. In cases like this, the dispatch will be delayed further. In which ever case, We will keep you in loop about your orders status and wont keep you in the blind. 

    Note: Working days do not include Mondays and public holidays.

    I just returned an item, how long will it take to get the refund?
    Your return will be processed within approximately 1-3 business days after we have received your return. Average shipping time each way is about 3-5 business days, so the overall turn around time is about 7-14 business days. Please be aware that during times of high volume, it may take longer to process your return.

    Is my Instrument safe while shipping?

    Absolutely. We ensure packing the product in bubble wrap and other packing materials so that you receive the product without any sort of damage. 

    All instruments come with a transit insurance. In the remote case of your instrument getting damaged during shipping, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund as per your preference. However please take photo and video evidence  if the package received is damaged. 

    With your help and cooperation, we will be able to treat your case quickly and to your satisfaction.

    What happens if a product I order is not available?

    All orders are subject to inventory availability verification. Sometimes some popular products run out of stock. There may be cases where you have been able to order a product from our site and we will run out of stock before we can update the site and make the product un-available. In the event of this, our customer support will contact you to notify you, and ask if you would like to wait for the order to become available, or to cancel your order with us. You may also have the other products from your order shipped separately, and we will send the backordered item when it arrives at our warehouse. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries. Please note that in the event that a product may be unavailable for a period of 10 business days, a full refund may be automatically issued to the customer.

    Can I get my product faster?

    Yes you can. If you want us to ship the product faster, express shipping is available at an extra cost. Within Mumbai, express delivery is withing 2 working days (except special orders and Pre-Orders). Outside of Mumbai, express shipping will be done by processing your order first and then followed by the other orders. The cost will depend on the weight and the location of delivery.

    Can you get me a product not listed on the website?

    We absolutely will. There are a lot of products in the music industry that release into the market every year. Sometimes we are unable to upload certain products on the website. This does not mean that we cannot find it for you .We will try our best to find the product that you desire and give proper alternates in case the product you asked for has been discontinued by the manufacturer.

    Why Do I see- Please Check Availability Before Ordering?

    You see this message on many products Because since we are a Retail Store too, sometimes the product gets sold from the store. To provide the Right Service to both Online and Offline Customers, we Urge you to Check Availability on Some Products that are Limited in Stock. 


    Also Due to Some Music Equipment being High in Price or Huge in Size, we get them against Orders.


    By Just Checking with us the availability, you can make sure of your estimated delivery and we make sure we do not give any False Commitments thus keeping communications & relationships with Customers very Transparent.
