John's Music accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) from all customers across India. Kindly go through our COD policy to understand our offering
Availability: COD option is available only for products under 30000 in value and selective locations.
Discounts: No discounts on COD products are available. The coupon codes visible on the website are only applicable to prepaid orders.
Payment: COD orders are processed after receiving advance of 10% of the order value. We will reach out to you on WhatsApp for the advance payment which can be done by UPI. For the remaining COD amount, the customer is required to pay the remaining amount to the delivery executive upon receiving the product.
Order confirmation: The customer's order will be confirmed only after successful verification of the shipping address, availability of the product and receipt of 10% advance of order value.
Reserved Charges: The 10% paid as advance of order value is reserved as COD charges and the John's Music is liable to claim the same against the customer who refuses to accept the package at the time of delivery or failure to make the full payment against the pending amount.
