It's remarkably versatile for special applications, whether played in alternate tunings or high-strung; with a capo or a slide. And, due to it's size, it's the perfect starter guitar for younger players.
This guitar is great value but still comes with a great, solid construction and quality wood. The back and sides are Laminate Sapele and the top is a stunning piece of Mahogany.
This mahogany-top edition of the Baby Taylor will yield a slightly darker, earthier tone than its spruce top sibling.
